Founder & CEO of LASHES IN A BOX

American entrepreneur and a UC Berkeley alumna, Jayne Chen spent 10 years as an international model. Hours spent in the makeup chair inspired her to create a beauty brand built on the twin principles she most cares about: clean beauty and luxury experience.

“Over the course of my career, trialling various lashes from luxury department stores to drugstores, I realized there was a gap between luxury and everyday accessibility for industry professionals - especially for makeup artists who need it the most. ” says Jayne.

LASHES IN A BOX is now available in 4,500+ doors nationwide and with an international footprint in Canada, Europe and Australia - selling in channels like Neiman Marcus, Dover Street Market, Costco, Morphe, Sally Beauty, CosmoProf, and more.

Today, Jayne continues to be involved in every aspect of the brand; the creative direction, selection of materials, and the strategy and growth of the company. Outside the office you can typically see her following her passion in all-things beauty, fitness, wellness and travel. She resides in Northern California.
